Section 73: Certain decisions of Arbitrator to be final.

The Maharashtra Regional and Town Planning Act, 1966.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 37 of 1966

Except in matters arising out of [clauses (i), (ii), (iv), (v) and clauses (vii) to (xiii) (both inclusive) of sub-section (6)] of section 72, every decision of the Arbitrator shall be final and conclusive and binding on all parties including the Planning Authority.
