Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Maharashtra Religious Endowments (Reconstruction on Resettlement Sites) Act, 1970.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 30 of 1970

(1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra Religious Endowments (Reconstruction on Resettlement Sites) Act, 1970.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may by notification in the Official Gazette appoint in this behalf.
