Section 19: Finality of award and decision of Revenue Tribunal.

The Maharashtra Revenue Patels (Abolition of Office) Act, 1962.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 35 of 1962

An award made by the Collector under this Part subject to an appeal to the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal, and the decision of the Maharashtra Revenue Tribunal on an appeal under section 15, shall be final and conclusive and shall not be questioned in any suit or proceeding in any court.
