The Administrator before submitting draft Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme as prepared by him to the Collector shall give an opportunity to the Requiring Body to make objections and suggestions on the draft Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme as well as on the claims and objections raised in the public hearing conducted under sub-section (5) of section 16. The Requiring Body shall submit such objections and suggestions within a period of fifteen days after receiving a draft Rehabilitation and Resettlement Scheme from the Administrator. If no such suggestions are received within a period of fifteen days then it shall be presumed that the Requiring Body has accepted the draft Scheme.
