Section 22: Other officers and servants of the Boards.

The Maharashtra Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Boards Act, 1965State Act of Maharashtra · Act 41 of 1965

(1) The State Board may appoint such other officers and servants as it considers necessary for the efficient performance of its functions and the functions of the Divisional Boards, under this Act.

(2) The salaries and allowances and other conditions of service of the officers and servants appointed by the State Board under sub-section (1) shall be such as may be determined by it by regulations made under this Act.
