Section 33: Information returns, etc., to be furnished by the Boards.

The Maharashtra Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Boards Act, 1965State Act of Maharashtra · Act 41 of 1965

(1) The State Board and each Divisional Board shall furnish to the State Government such reports, returns and statements as may be required by the State Government and such further information relating to any matter connected with its work as the State Government may call for.

(2) The State Government may, after considering any such report, returns or statements or information furnished, give such directions consistent with this Act as may be necessary, and the State Board or the Divisional Board, as the case may be, shall comply with such directions.
