Section 42: Power to remove difficulties.

The Maharashtra Secondary and Higher Secondary Education Boards Act, 1965State Act of Maharashtra · Act 41 of 1965

If any difficulty arises in giving effect to the provisions of this Act, the State Government may by order do anything not inconsistent with such provisions which appears to it to be necessary or expedient for the purpose of removing the difficulty:

Provided that, no order shall be made under this section after the expiry of two years from the appointed day.
