Section 6: Allowances to member.

The Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust (Shirdi) Act, 2004.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 14 of 2004

(1) There shall be paid from the Management Fund to each member such honorarium, fees and allowances as the Chairman, Vice-Chairman or as the case may be, member of the Committee, as may be determined by the State Government, from time to time.

(2) Notwithstanding anything contained in any other law for the time being in force, a member shall not be disqualified for being chosen as, or for being a member of the State Legislature or a Local Authority, merely by reason of the fact that he is a member of the Committee or that he receives any honorarium, fees or allowances under this section.
