Section 8: Classification of Posts

Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust (Shirdi)(General Conditions of Services) Regulations, 2013.State Regulations of Maharashtra · 2004

(1) The Sansthan employee shall be classified as under: —

(i) Group A Officer, the minimum of whose scale of pay is Rs.10,000 or more.

(it) Group B Officer, the minimum of whose scale of pay is Rs.5,000 or more but below Rs.10,000 except the Stenographers in any grade.

(ui) Group C Sansthan employee, the minimum of whose scale of pay is Rs.2,600 or more but below Rs.5,000 including the Stenographers in any grade.

(iv) Group D and other Sansthan employee, the minimum of whose scale of pay is less than Rs.2,000.

(2)In case of revision of pay scales of the Sansthan employees, the corresponding minimum of the revised scale of pay shall be treated as the minimum of the scale of pay for the purpose of classification of posts as mentioned in sub-rule (1).
