In these regulations, unless there is anything repugnant in the subject or context (a) “Act” means the Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust (Shirdi) Act, 2004 (Mah.XIV of 2004);.

(b) Committee means the Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust, Management Committee constituted under section 5 of the Act.
