Section 4: Notice of meeting

Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust (Shirdi) (Procedure and conduct of business of the Management Committee) Regulations,2013.State Regulations of Maharashtra · 2004

(a) At least seven clear days’ (excluding the date of service and the date of meeting) notice shall ordinarily be given of every meeting, other than special meeting.

(b) If any member proposes to bring forward any business, other than that communicated alongwith the notice, he shall be at lberty to do so by written notice handed over to the Executive Officer before the commencement of the meeting.

(c) If during a meeting, a member desires to bring forward any business, not included in the notice, he shall be permitted to do so only on the consent of the Chairman.
