Save as otherwise provided in these regulations, every Sansthan employee shall, in respect of any kind of leave mentioned in rule 5 and regulation of pay during leave, etc. be governed by the rules and regulations as may be applicable, from time to 13 time, to an employee of the State Government of the corresponding category.
