Section 2: Definition

Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust (Shirdi) Service Leave Regulations, 2013.State Regulations of Maharashtra · 2004

In these regulations, unless the context otherwise requires,-

(a) “Act? means the Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust (Shirdi) Act, 2004 (Mah.XIV of 2004);

(b) “appointing authority’, means the Committee;

(c) “committee”? means the Management Committee constituted under section 5 of the Act;

(d) “disciplinary authority” means the Management Committee of the Sansthan;

(९) “Executive Officer’ means the Executive Officer appointed by the Government under section 12 of the Act;

(t) “Government” means the Government of Maharashtra;

“trust? means the Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust, Shirdi constituted under section 3 of the Act;

“sansthan employees” means a person who is appointed to any Sansthan Service or post in connection with the affairs of the Sansthan;

“leave year’ means the year commencing on 1° April and ending on the 31st March of the next year.
