Section 7: Power to refuse leave or recall a Sansthan employee on ZO leave

Leave including casual leave cannot be claimed as of right. When the exigencies of service so require, discretion to refuse or revoke leave of any description is reserved with the authority empowered to grant it. A Sansthan employee already on leave (except leave on medical grounds) may be recalled by that authority when it is considered necessary in the interests of the Sansthan:

Provided that, a Sansthan employee so recalled from leave will be allowed on application to avail the unexpired portion of leave.
