Section 20: Contracting of marriages

Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust (Shirdi) Services (Conduct) Regulations, 2013.State Regulations of Maharashtra · 2004

(1) No Sansthan employee shall enter into, or contract, a marriage with a person having a spouse living; and

(2) No Sansthan employee, having a spouse living, shall enter into, or contract, a marriage with any person:

Provided that, the Committee may permit a Sansthan employee to enter into, or contract, any such marriage as is 36 referred to in sub-regulation (1) or (2) above, if it is satisfied that-

(a) such marriage is permissible under the personal law applicable to such Sansthan employee and the other party to the marriage;

(b) there are other ground for so doing.

(3) A Sansthan employee who has married or marries a person other than of Indian Nationality shall forthwith intimate the fact to the Executive Officer.
