Section 3: Application

Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust (Shirdi) Services (Discipline and Appeal) Regulations, 2013.State Regulations of Maharashtra · 2004

(1) These regulations shall apply to every Sansthan employee not being,-

(a) any member of any Government Service on deputation to the Sansthan;

(b) person in casual employment of the Sansthan;

(2) If any doubt arises,-

(a) whether these regulations or any of them apply to any person, or

(b) whether any person to whom _ these regulations apply, belong to a particular service, The matter shall be referred to the Government which shall decide the same.
