Section 14: Pay during joining time

Shree Sai Baba Sansthan Trust (Shirdi) Services (Joining Time and Payments during Suspension, Dismissal and Removal) Regulations, 2013.State Regulations of Maharashtra · 2004

A Sansthan employee on joining time shall be regarded as on duty and shall be entitled to be paid as follows :-

(a) where joining time is’ granted under subregulation (1) of regulation 9, the pay which he would have drawn.

(b) where the joining time is granted under subregulation (2) of regulation 9, pay equal to the leave salary which the Sansthan employee would have drawn, had he been on earned leave.
