Section 24: Grant of pay and allowances on reinstatement does not cancel officiating arrangement

The grant of pay and allowances or a proportion of them under regulation 19, 20 or 21 does not cancel any acting arrangements which may have been in force during the period of a Sansthan employee’s removal, dismissal or reduction.
