Section 31.: Inspection of institutions and report.

The Maharashtra State Board of Technical Education Act, 1997.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 38 of 1997

(1) Every affiliated institution shall furnish such reports, returns and other particulars, as the Board may require for enabling it to judge the academic standard and standards of academic administration of the institution.

(2) The [Director] shall cause every affiliated institution to be inspected, at least once in every three years, by one or more committees appointed by him in that behalf.
