Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Maharashtra State Council of Examinations Act, 1998State Act of Maharashtra · Act 1 of 1999

(1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra State Council of Examinations Act, 1998.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
