Miwite of the Meeting—The Minutes of the proceedings of every s meeting shall-be prepared by the Secretary.

15. Filing of application for legal services—A. person seeking legal services - from the High Court Legal Services Committee or its Sub-Committees, District Authority or the Taluka Committee, as the case may be, shall sendan application containing brief facts of the case to it.
