Section 22: Authorities of University.

The Maharashtra State Skills University Act, 2021.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 7 of 2021

The following shall be the authorities of the University, namely :-

(a) the Governing Council ;

(b) the Academic Council ;

(d) the Board of Assessment and Evaluation;

(e) the Board of Innovation, Incubation and Enterprise;

(f) the Board of Counselling and Placements;

(g) such other authorities as may be declared by the Statutes to be the authorities of the University.
