Section 3: Constitution of Grievance Redressal and Dispute Resolution Committee

Maharashtra Street Vendors (Protection of Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) (Maharashtra) Rules, 2016Central Rules · 2014

(1) There shall be a Grievance Redressal and Dispute Resolution Committee for each local authority, constituted by the Government under sub-section (1) of section 20 of the Act, comprising of a Chairperson, who has been a Civil Judge or a Judicial Magistrate and two other professionals as members.

(2) The Chairperson and the members of the Grievance Redressal and Dispute Resolution Committee may have a tenure of five years.
