Section 32C: When tenants entitled to choose lands to be purchased.

The Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 67 of 1948

If a tenant holds land separately from more than one landlord, the tenant shall, subject to the rules made by the State Government in this behalf, be entitled to choose the area and the location of the land to be purchased from each of such landlords :

Provided that, the area so chosen shall not, as far as may be practicable, be other than a survey number or a sub-division of a survey number.
