Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands (Vidarbha Region) Act.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 99 of 1958

(1) This Act may be called the [Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands (Vidarbha Region) Act.]

[(2) This Act extends to the Vidarbha Region of the State of Maharashtra].

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, appoint.
