Section 105: Distribution of business amongst Tahsildars.

The Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands (Vidarbha Region) Act.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 99 of 1958

Where in any tahsil, in addition to the Tahsildar appointed under section 16 of the Code, one or more officers are appointed by the State Government to perform the duties of a Tahsildar under this Act in such tahsil, each such officer shall dispose of such inquiries or proceedings commenced under section 101 as the Tahsildar subject to the control of the Collector, may by general or special order, refer to him.
