Section 87: Leave Travel Allowance

These Regulations may be called the Shree Siddhi Vinayak Ganpati Temple Trust (Prabhadevi) Services (Pay and Allowances) Regulations, 2008.State Regulations of Maharashtra · 1981

Leave travel allowance may be paid "to every Trust servant once [ a block of two years commencing from the year of implementation of this regulations in aceordance with the orders of the Committee, in this behalf from time to time:

Provided that, leave Travel Allowance will be admissible to the employees on deputation as per terms and conditions of their deputation.

38, Reimbursement of Medical Expenses.- A Trust servant may be reimbursed the expenses on medical treatment of himself or his family at such rates and in such manner as the Committes may determine from time to time.
