Except as otherwise provided by or under these regulations, these regulations shall apply to all persons appointed to the Trust services and posts in connection with the affairs of the Trust.
5. Power of interpretation- if any guestion arises relating to the interpretation of these regulations, it shall be referred to the Commuttee, whose decision thereon shall be final,
4. Power of relaxation~ Where the Committee is satisfied that the operation of any of these ragulations causes or is likely to cause undue hardship in the case of auy Trust servant or class of Trustservants, it may, by an order in writing, exempt any Such Trust servant or class of Trust servants from any provisions of these regulations or may divect that such provisions shall apply to such Trost servants or class of Trust servants with such modifications not affecting the substance thereof 15 may be specified in such order.
5. Validity of terms of contract-The terms of a specific contract enforceable at law, necessarily override the provisions of these regulations.
