A Trust servant on joining time shall be regarded as on duty and shall be entitled to be paid as follows.- (a} where joining time is granted under sub-regulation (1) of regulation 2, the pay which he would have drawn;
(b) where the joining time is granted under sub-regulation (2} of regulation 9, pay cqual to the leave salary which the Trust servant would have drawn, had he been on earned leave.
