The Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 28 of 2015

(1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra Unaided Private Professional Educational Institutions (Regulation of Admissions and Fees) Act, 2015.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.

(3) It shall be deemed to have come into force on the 12 May 2015.
