(1) The Competent Authority shall publish or cause to be publish the names of the unauthorized institutions or programme or courses of study in local newspaper having wide circulation and also by such other means including electronics media, as he may deem fit, well in advance before the commencement of every academic year, so that the general public or students may avoid taking of admission in such unauthorized institutions or programme or courses of study.
(2) The Competent Authority shall also publish the list of approved Institutions or programme or courses of study on the official website of the Competent Authority or Directorate of concerned administrative Department, or any other authority as the case may be, before commencement of every academic year.
(3) The Competent Authority, for the sake of cautioning, shall publish or cause to publish from time to time, the penalty and punishment provided in the Act against the unauthorized institute or a programme or course of study.

(4) The Competent Authority may also create awareness amongst prospective teaching and non-teaching staff to discourage them from associating with such unauthorized institutions and courses thereof.
(5) The Competent Authority shall also submit the list of unauthorized institutions or programme or courses of study identified by it to the Appropriate Authority, from time to time, for necessary action.
