Section 1: Short title, extent and commencement.

The Maharashtra Vexatious Litigation (Prevention) Act, 1971State Act of Maharashtra · Act 48 of 1971

(1) This Act may be called the Maharashtra Vexatious Litigation (Prevention) Act, 1971.

(2) It extends to the whole of the State of Maharashtra.

(3) It shall come into force on such date as the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette; appoint.
