Section 5: Executive Committee.

The Vidarbha Irrigation Development Corporation Act, 1997State Act of Maharashtra · Act 26 of 1997

(1) There shall be an Executive Committee consisting of the following members, namely :-

( a ) Managing Director of the Corporation Chairman (b) Executive Director of the Corporation Member ( c ) Chief Engineer, Irrigation Department, Nagpur. Member ( d ) Chief Engineer (Gosikhurd), Irrigation Department, Nagpur. Member ( e ) Chief Accounts and Finance Officer of the Corporation. Member ( f ) Superintending Engineer of the Corporation. Member-Secretary.

(2) The powers, functions and duties of the Executive Committee shall be such as may be laid down by regulations.
