Section 10: Liability to criminal prosecution not affected.

The Maharashtra Village Police Act, 1967.State Act of Maharashtra · Act 46 of 1967

Nothing in the last preceding section shall affect the liability of any Police-patil or other member of a village establishment to a criminal prosecution for any offence with which he may be charged.
