In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub section (1) of section 256 read with section 5 of the Maharashtra Zilla Parishads and Panchayat Samitis Act, 1961 (Mah. In exercise of the powers conferred by clause (b) of sub section (2) of section 4 of the Maharashtra Village Panchayats Act (III of 1959), read with clause (g) of article 243 of the Constitution of India, and of all other powers enabling it in that behalf, and in partial modification of all earlier notifications issued in this behalf, and after consultation with the Standing Committee of the Solapur Zilla Parishad, Village Panchayat and Gram Sabha Angar-Kombadwadi, Khandobachiwadi, Nalbandwadi and Kuranwadi (Angar) in Solapur District, the Government of Maharashtra, hereby declares that the local areas specified in column (3) of the Schedule appended hereto, comprising the revenue villages Angar-Kombadwadi, Khandobachiwadi, Nalbandwadi and Kuranwadi (Angar) as specified in column (2) thereof, shall cease to be the village, for the purpose of Part IX of the Constitution, with effect from the date shown in column (4) thereof. 1 RURAL DEVELOPMENT DEPARTMENTM
