Section 1: Short Title, Applicability and Commencement

Maharashtra Water Resources Regulatory Authority (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regulations, 2013State Regulations of Maharashtra · 2005

(1) These Regulations may be called the Maharashtra Water Resources Regulatory Authority (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regulations, 2013.

(2) These Regulations shall be applicable to all employees appointed under section 8 of the Maharashtra Water Resources Regulatory Authority Act, 2005.

(3) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Maharashtra Government Gazette.
