Section 36: Conduct and Discipline

Maharashtra Water Resources Regulatory Authority (Recruitment and Conditions of Service of Employees) Regulations, 2013State Regulations of Maharashtra · 2005

(1) The provisions of the Maharashtra Civil Services (Conduct) Rules, 1979 and the Maharashtra Civil Services (Discipline and Appeal) Rules, 1979, as amended from, time to time and as applicable to employees of the State Government, shall apply to the employees who are in the regular service of the Authority.

(2) The appointing authority, disciplinary authority, appellate authority, and reviewing authority in respect of the officers and staff of the Authority shall be as specified in Appendix -‘D’.
