Section 2: Definition

The Manipur Advocates' Welfare Fund Rules, 2016State Rules of Manipur · 2001

In these rules, unless the context othewvise requires _ -

(a) “Act” means the Advocates’ Welfare Fund Act, 2001 (45 of 2001);

(b) “Secretary” means the Secretary of the Trustee Committee;

(d) Words and expressions used in these rules and not defined but defined in the Actshall have the meanings respectively assigned to ,them under the Act.
