CHAPTER—IV NOTIFICATION OR LIMITS OF FLOOD PLAINS The Government may, on the basis of a report. {tonood Zoning Authority or otherwise, by notification in thee, declare it; ‘intention to demarcate the Flood Plain Area_. that prohibit or restrict the 'use of land therein as specified Power to take up Survey.
