Section 44

The Manipur Irrigation Act, 1978State Act of Manipur · Act 3 of 1978

(1) The scheme. shallwcome into force on such date as the Govt. may, by notification appoint.

(2) The scheme may at any time be varied by a subsequent scheme made, published and sanction in accordance with the provisions of section 43. '

(3) The Scheme may at any time be Cancelled by State Govtby a notification. ,
