(1) The Board shall be a body corporate and shall have lncorpora perpetual succession and a ccn.mon seal and may sue or l.e sued in tion, its name.

(a) if he holds any office of profit under the admmistration of the Temple, or receives any emoluments or perquisites from the Temple fund, other than those granted under section 14 ; or

(b) if he is interested in a contract for making supplies to, or executing any work on behalf of the administration of, the Temple ; ?r

(c) if he is of unsound mind and stands so declared by a competent court ; or

(d) if he is an undischarged insolvent ; or (e] if he is not a citizen · of India ; or Disquali?

7. The members of the Board, other than the ex-officio member thereof, shall, subject to the provisions of sections 8, 9 and. lZ, bold office ordinarily for a period of three years from the date on which the constitution of the Board is notified in the Official Gazette under sub-section (2) of section 5 :

Provided that the State Government may, by notification in the Official Gazette, extend the term of the members. for a period not exceeding three months at a .
