Section 3: Insertion of new Section 31A

The Manipur Loktak Lake (Protection) (2nd Amendment) Act, 2011State Act of Manipur · Act 1 of 2012

After Section 31 of the Act, the following new Section 31A shall be inserted, namely -— " 31A. Right to fishing. — Subject to the prbvisions contained in this Act, a fishetman shall have the right to fishing in the Loktak Lake in the manner as may be prescribed (Th. Kamini Kumar Singh) Deputy Secretary (Law), ' Government of Manipur.
