Section 3

The Shri Govindaji Temple Act, 1972State Act of Manipur · Act 12 of 1972

(1) The administration and the governance of the Temple and the Temple fund shall vest in the Shri GovindajiTemple Board constituted under this Act.

(2) The) ownership of the Temple fund shall vest inthe deity of Shri Govin,daji,'and the Board shall be entitled to its possession.
