The Shri Govindaji Temple Act, 1972State Act of Manipur · Act 12 of 1972

(1) The President may at any time, by writing under “*fi‘ hiisfl hand addressed to the State Government, resign his L 0 cc.

(2) The Vice-President may, at any time, by writing under his hand addressed to the President, resign his office ‘ Without, however, giving up his membership of the Board.

(3) A member, other than the ex—ofiicio member, may at any time, by writing under his hand addressed to the President, resign his oflice.

. '(4) The letter of resignation under sub-section (2) or , sub-section (3) shall, as soon as it is received, be transmitted by the President to the State Government.
