(1) These Rules may be called the Manipur State Commission for'Other Backward Classes . (Salaries and Allowances and other conditions of Service of Chairperson, Members, ‘ Ofiicers and Stafi) Rules, 2017.

(2) They shall come into force on the date of their publication in the Oflicial Gazette.
