(1).The meetingsof the Executive Committee shall be.convened by .

the Member secretaryon the advice of the Chairman;

(2) It shall meet as often as may be necessary, at such time and place and observe such rules of ptocedu:reas may be provided m the rules providedthat it.shall meet at least once in three months.

()) The quorum for the meetingof the Executive Committee. shall be at least two third ·of the filled· up membershipand decisions may be taken in the meetingsby simplemajorityof those present and voting.
