The Manipur State Higher Education Council Act, 2016State Act of Manipur · Act 9 of 2016

(1) The Chainnan shall-have the right to call for report on any matter pertaining to the affairs of the Council and · offer suggestionsfor improvement of the functioningof the Council.

(2) The Chainp.an _ shall preside over the meetings of the Counciland the Executive Committee.
