(l) The Authority, the Chief Town Planner or. the: localauthority, a; the case may be shall have the Scheme and the reportif _any, published in not less than 'one registered 'Iocal newspaperavailable in the locality to be affected by the Scheme and ha,;e a'copy of them served on all persons who preferred claims undersub-section (3) of section 29, inviting objections to be filed withina period of not more than · two .months.
(2) After the expiry of the aforesaid period, the' Authority, theChief Town Planner or the· local authority, as the' case may be,shall examine the Scheme in the' light of such objection and ·shalhtdoptthe Scheme or refuse to adopt -it or adopt it, with such modificationas may be necessary after giving sufficient opportunity for:. hearing,to all such interested person.
