The Manipur Town and Country Planning (Second Amendment) Act, 1976State Act of Manipur · Act 25 of 1976

(1) A new sub-Section shall be added to Section 73 of the Principal Act namely :- - «(1) No Court inferior to the court of a Judicial Magistrate lst Class shall take Cognizance of an offence under this Act."

(2) The existing provisions of Section 73 ‘of the Principal A5;

shall be numbered subsection (2).
