(1) Where, in accordance with rule 10, an occupier has sent a safety report relating to an industrial activity to the concerned authority, the concerned authority may, by a notice served on the occupier, requires him to provide such additional information as is specified in the notice and the occupier shall send that information to the concerned authority within such time as is specified in the notice or within such extended time as the authority may subsequently specify.
